- Press Solve. Pick Answers to see every word, or Hints for counts only.

- Every word must include the centre letter.
- Letters can be reused as many times as you like.
- No proper nouns, hyphenated words or obscure terms.
How scoring works
| Word | Points |
|---|---|
| 4 letters | 1 point |
| 5 letters or more | 1 point per letter |
| Pangram (uses all 7 letters) | 1 point per letter + 7 bonus |
Our solver adds these up so you can see the total available for a puzzle before you start.
Using hints instead of answers
Hints mode shows a grid of how many words start with each letter at each length, plus a list of two-letter starts (for example TR × 3). It's the fastest way to know what you're missing without having the answers spoiled.
Tips for finding more words
- Hunt the pangram first. Look for endings like -ING, -TION or -ABLE that soak up several letters.
- Double letters are allowed. Words like BALLOT or LITTLE are easy to overlook.
- Work one first letter at a time. Hints mode tells you exactly which starts still have words left.
Frequently asked questions
Why doesn't my puzzle accept some of these words?
The daily puzzle's answer list is picked by an editor and leaves out many obscure words. We show everyday words by default; tick Include less common words to see more candidates.
Can letters be used more than once?
Yes. Every letter can repeat as often as you like — only the centre letter is required in every word.
What is a pangram?
A word that uses all seven letters at least once. Each puzzle has at least one, and it is worth a 7-point bonus. Pangrams are highlighted at the top of the results.
Why are there never any words with S?
The Spelling Bee puzzle never includes the letter S, so our solver leaves S-words out of its list entirely.
